Educational Programs and Partnerships
Involved in Education
Explore Learning Opportunities
We collaborate with various partners and organize educational programs to bring the game of Go closer to as many people as possible, showing them how fun and engaging it can be. We invite everyone who hasn’t yet discovered Go to explore this fascinating world. In this way, every child, youth, or beginner can take their first steps toward competitions and join the Go community in Romania.
A modern learning tool
The Romanian Go Federation develops educational programs and national partnerships through which the game of Go becomes a modern tool for learning, cognitive development, and community building.
Educational objectives
Introducing the game of Go into the educational system through an optional curriculum, accredited by the Ministry of Education.
Training teacher-instructors specialized in teaching Go.
Development of Go clubs in schools and local communities.
Distribution of teaching materials and Go sets.
Creating an online platform with video lessons and interactive resources.
These objectives support non-formal education and learning through play, adapted to the needs of today’s generations.
