All decisions, information, and official documents of the Romanian Go Federation are publicly displayed to maintain transparency and trust in our relationship with community members and stakeholders.
Law on Physical Education and Sports No. 69/2000
The dispositions provided for in Article 37, paragraph (3) of Law No. 69/2000 on physical education and sports, as amended and supplemented:
(3) National sports federations that receive funding from the state budget through the Ministry of Sport have the following obligations in the area of public transparency:
a) have their own website;
b) to allow the viewing, on its own website, of the federation’s statutes, as well as other constituent documents, if applicable;
c) publish on its website and update, when changes occur, the organizational structure, the names and surnames of the persons in the federation’s management, the federation’s annual budget, its programs and strategies, regulations, the list of affiliated sports clubs, the number of registered athletes by age category, the number of coaches and instructors by sport, the national and international competition calendar, and other materials of public interest.
